Bret Michaels

With the rally going on, there's all kinds of concerts going on. Last night, my dad, Mike and I went down to the Full Throttle to see Brett Michaels. We went down to Brian and Angi's first and then went down with them.
Bret only sang around an hour - but it was a good time - and the best thing was it was free! There was tons and tons of people. We got there earlier so it didn't seem quite so bad - but we watched the traffic coming in and it was constant. It was pretty hot out so we just stood up on the railroad bridge - so we couldn't see too well - but we could hear him!
Full Throttle does a reality show on Tru TV. It was kind of crazy seeing all the cameras running around behind people. Bret was also filming some special for VH1 so there were cameras there for that too! After the concert, they auctioned off everything he was wearing and the money was going to go towards diabetes research. I'm not sure how much stuff went for - but I'm pretty sure his bandana was either 300 or 500 dollars. Or you could go buy one for $2.95 :)
